I am off on a road trip this week – how exciting! This past few days I’ve been going back to nature, soaking in the beauty, grounding myself and feeling more energised than ever!

Do you want to feel inspired and feel the ease of flow?
It is so important to escape to nature every so often. To go to a place that seems untouched from all the man-made structures and industrialisation. To get some clean fresh air, to feel the grass or sand between your toes, and to appreciate the miracles around us.
Get back into nature. Every time I find myself feeling stuck (I say feeling because I don’t think we are really ever stuck :), I take a long walk at the lake or read a book at the beach or on the grass. I watch the sun rise or set; I climb a hill; I go to the beach. It used to seem to be the perfectly logical and normal step for me to take whenever I was ‘feeling stuck’ – but I have come to realise that they were all actions I took to return myself into nature.
After doing this, the effect is instant. I always instantly feel more grounded, and feel like there is more space within me to expand. It’s like feeling recharged and refueled and ready to carry on the journey of life.
Take Action Challenge
Today, take a walk in nature. Take off your shoes and walk on the grass or on the beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Watch the sun rise or set. Climb a mountain. Go camping. Escape to somewhere in the country. Go cycling or kayaking.
Soak in how much beauty there is around us.
I think you’ll find that there are so many miracles happening in nature and around us.
