Banana Oat Cookies

This is my little sister’s favourite cookie recipe! And maybe my neighbour’s as well since I bring cookies to them when we make a huge batch and they dropped by to ask for the recipe! So simple and good for you. Dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free!

Healthy oat cookies

Ingredients:

3 large ripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 1/2 cups gluten-free oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp aluminium-free baking powder

 

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.

2. Add all the other ingredients in and mix well.

3. Use a spoon to scoop out the dough onto a tray.

4. Toast in a toaster-oven for 15 minutes.

*For a chocolate-y version, you may like to add raw organic cacao powder. :)

    Sounds wonderful! Do you toast the cookies tor bake them in the toaster oven?
