How to Deconstruct & Dissolve Limiting Blocks and Beliefs

Posted on: July 1, 2016 Category: Self Mastery

In today’s video I wanted to share how you can deconstruct and START dissolving limiting beliefs and blocks that are holding you back from creating RESULTS in your business and life.

This is a process I use in coaching my clients all the time, and it’s also one that I use on myself whenever I sense blocks towards my goals – and I want to start moving the energy immediately. What I love about the process is that you can use it right away and really observe shifts in how you relate to your goal BEFORE & AFTER the process.

So let’s get started!

The process consists 4 questions that you’ll use on yourself, and the most important piece is to FIRST allow yourself the space to go through this process from a curious and non attached space. It can take as little as 5 minutes, and will save you days, weeks, or even months of frustration when you’re not getting what u want. So allow yourself to carve out this space for yourself – that’s the first step!

The 4 questions are: Is it true? Why do I believe this? What can you choose to believe instead (that feels more aligned to your truth)? & How can this help me grow and evolve in my journey?

Watch the video above to see me take you through an example, including the importance behind each question, so you can see how it works.

So this can be a really powerful experience in shifting the energy, opening up a new possibility and stepping into it. We all know that when you step into a different possibility, different things start to show up as a result!

Enjoy this process, and right now: Use this on the #1 belief and block you can identify for yourself right now – and I’d love to hear how you go in the comments below.
