I get asked this question all the time, “How did/do you do it?”
(Collapsing time, quantum leaps in wealth consciousness, continually working on developing who I am and stepping into being a Queen etc.)
The answer in a nutshell is this – I am extremely committed to my desires, and I never allow my fears to hold me back.
Looking back, it could have been the personal development seminar I attended at 7 years old that created that belief system within me… because as far as I can remember, I’ve always had the belief …
“If it’s in my awareness / if I can think it, then of course I have the ability to have/ live it”.
Remember that you’re only shown something – a desire, an idea, a vision – because you’re ready, and you can have it.
4 Steps to Live Your Dreams & Desires
1. Rise above fear and conditioning
Fear can seem terrifying, and is usually what stops the majority of people from living their dreams. It’s not easy to rise above fear – but it’s also not impossible.
Action step: Hire a coach, develop personal mastery, surround yourself with people who are also committed to rise above their conditioning and be free.
Be willing, open, and available to start releasing the baggage, stories, and conditioning that serves no one.
This first step is usually seemingly terrifying, which is why most people aren’t truly living their desires. I remember hearing this truth – “If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.”
2. Be Courageous.
Take a stand for YOU and claim your desires. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure, and most of us know that we are extremely powerful when we allow ourselves to be and stop holding ourselves back.
Action step: A Queen is courageous and takes a stand for her desires. Remember that courage is not the absence of fear – but the willingness to do it anyway.
3. Take the leap of faith
An element of trust in who we are plays such a huge role here. When we have a desire, we are usually showed the next step (Read: not the entire staircase… the next step).
Where I see most women get stuck is they are waiting to see the entire staircase before they will take the next step, which almost never happens!
When we deny ourselves our desires, or resist taking action – there’s usually a deep belief that we are not capable, or there’s a I’m not worthy or good enough story spinning in the background.
So we don’t think we can do it and so we don’t even allow ourselves to go there, or commit fully to putting ourselves in the game, and live the life we desire to live.
Action step: Trust in yourself, in who you are, and know that you are unconditionally loved and supported no matter what you choose to do. Knowing that, what will you choose?
4. Relax and Receive
Let go of control, attachment, while still staying in action. Be committed yet unattached.
Action step: Relax, take inspired action, allow yourself to receive all that you desire. Celebrate yourself and who you have become and are becoming!
