  • Feeling tired, low in energy or burned out?
  • Putting the needs of others in front of yours – all the time?
  • Piling too much onto your plate of life?

Some things you may like to do:

  • Take a nap
  • Take a bubble bath
  • Take a walk in nature
  • Meditate
  • Do some yoga
  • Contemplate in silence
  • Journal
  • Make a green drink
  • Read a book
  • Do nothing
  • … Anything that makes you smile

When was the last time you took time out for yourself – to do things for you?

To do things just cause?

  5. Oh girl how I needed a reminder of this today! I spent so many hours at the computer last night, fine-tuning+ creating my latest blog post that I had a terrible backache this morning.
    I’m taking some time today to do yoga + play! That’s my plan.
